Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Qualified Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment where students can develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities:
- Teach across areas within the curriculum.
- Take responsibility for the progress of a class.
- Organise the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
- Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class.
- Maintain discipline within the class utilising the school’s Behaviour Policy.
- Ensure that pupils are safe and that all child protection and safeguarding measures are followed in accordance with school and national policies.
- Provide feedback to parents and carers on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings.
- Co-ordinate activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum and support colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area.
- Provide a detailed handover of work completed and progress in class if working on a daily basis.
- Work with other teachers, teaching assistants and other relevant professionals to plan and co- ordinate work and Liaise with colleagues and work flexibly.
- Meet with other professionals, such as education welfare officers and educational psychologists, if required.
- Provide detailed regular feedback on pupil’s achievement, progress and misunderstandings etc.
- Promote good pupil behaviour, dealing promptly with conflict and incidents in line with the established policy and Establish constructive relationships with parents and carers.
- Be aware of and comply with policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, health and safety, security, confidentiality and data protection, reporting all concerns to an appropriate person.
- Establish constructive relationships and communicate with other agencies/professionals, to support achievement and progress of pupils
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK or equivalent certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or relevant subject area.
- Proven experience teaching primary students, preferably in a UK school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and effective teaching pedagogies.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and individual student needs.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons, including preparing materials and resources.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance with their learning.
- Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.

Qualifications:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and a proven track record of effectively supporting students with a range of special educational needs. The SEN Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering tailored lessons, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with special needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs, in collaboration with parents, guardians, and other professionals.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that are differentiated to meet the diverse learning needs of students with special needs.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies and interventions as needed.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
- Collaborate with other teachers, support staff, and outside professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to supporting students with special needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders about students’ progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and behavior in accordance with school policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (PGCE or equivalent).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
- Additional qualifications or training in special education or SENCO certification preferred.
- Proven experience working with students with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning disabilities.
- Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and outside professionals.
